Shadow projectiles deal an immense amount of damage to zombies in order to compensate for Night Cap's slower firing speed. However she fires them far slower than previous iterations, needing to recharge after each projectile fired. She is a 7 cost Rare Shooter plant, and she fires piercing projectiles similar to her Battle for Neighborville appearance. Her design resembles her Battle for Neighborville appearance, with her scar referencing her Heroes appearance. Zombies 3, as her first appearance in a main-line tower-defense game. The zombies once again storm the yard and ignite garden warfare in this sequel to the quirky, one-of-a-kind strategy game Plants vs. Night Cap's latest reappearance is in Plants vs. She, like all classes, has a large number of character upgrades, some of which grant abilities and perks to Night Cap's primary weapon and abilities. Night Cap also has the ability to double jump and has the highest amount of mobility of any class in the game. Night Cap can also preform various shadow ninjutsu techniques for her abilities, such as Casting Shadows which allows her to summon a large shadow dome that cloaks plants and restricts the movement of zombies caught in it, Fung Fu which is a rapid barrage of attacks which quickly takes down swarms of lower health Zombies, and Shadow Sneak which temporarily turns Night Cap invisible allowing her to sneak up on zombies or evade zombie attacks. Her primary weapon, Spore Strike, is able to pierce multiple zombies in a wide area. She is an Attack class who specializes in stealth attacks. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville as a new playable plant class. Night Cap's name is a pun on "nightcap," a type of headwear used during sleep, referring to how mushrooms are nocturnal in the original Plants vs.
